Absolute nonsense residence, good luck trying to move out

Absolute garbage and nonsense residential flat, good luck trying to get out of your contract with this dishonest piece of garbage for a company. My sister's contract just expired this month and before that we gave them notice that she's moving out. I mean the contract has ended right? But instead they refused us to pack out things and held us ransom until we paid rent for next month, because they claim not to have received notice on time. No matter how desperate you are for an accommodation this place is not it. They're absolutely dishonest and I'll be taking the matter further
