Horrible Service(Waterfront)

I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The manager was unprofessional and openly rude, shouting at and speaking down to employees in front of customers. It was uncomfortable to witness, especially when staff were being reprimanded and even issued fines publicly.

The atmosphere was further affected when one of the waitresses walked away in tears due to the manager’s treatment, which was honestly upsetting to see.

We had also been offered a bottomless mimosa service, but the experience felt controlled and restrictive rather than enjoyable, which defeats the purpose of such an offering.

Overall, the service environment felt tense and unpleasant, and I would not recommend this establishment based on this experience.
