Cause and Effect : more like "No cause and no effect"

Walked in for late lunch and ****tails. Three of the waiters/waitresses were sitting around a table on their cell phones. We asked the barman to please arrange a waitress as he was the only one acknowledging our presence. A waitress placed menus on our table some 5 minutes later. Then no one returned for 10 minutes. We left the restaurant as the service was just too shocking.
