Same BS, Different Day!!

Big up to Singapore Airlines 3 WORKING days to get a refund. Cathay Pacific - 36 WORKING days full of excuses! Still no refund! Customer service seems to be like record players on auto respond - Same BS, different day! I wonder if I would get any response from Cathay!?!
