Robbing us of our hard earned cash

<p>We booked a connecting flight with Cathay Pacific. We missed the connecting flight and when we checked in to go home we were told that we had to pay for another connecting ticket as we missed the flight and that was the penalty. It cost us 2764 HKD for this "reissue of ticket". We paid in full for the tickets and now suddenly we have another charge which we were never informed about!!! I will most certainly not use them again for myself or my business. Business owners please stay away from this airline!!! It is broad day *******!!! In addition the manager who came to help us , Grace Yim, was extremely rude and argumentative, to a point where it was aggressive. Shame on you Cathay Pacific! </p>
