Never ever Cathay Pacific again!

My business or I will never ever do business with Cathay Pacific again. I cancelled a flight 9 weeks ago, paid the cancellation fee immediately and still have had no refund. Worse still - absolutely no communication on delayed refund whatsoever from them despite a number of emails. Apart from being unprofessional and discourteous, this shows the disdain that passengers are treated with. <br> <br> They have the audacity to charge a cancellation fee (before they will process) for something that costs a tiny amount for them - they fill the seat anyway as I cancelled a month, or more, beforehand and then make you wait for your money. If this is how inefficient and unprofessional they are can I trust them with my family's and my LIFE?
