Disappointed Humiliated Passenger

I write this review with so much disappointment and a feeling of humiliation. I recently purchased a ticket on the Cathay website. I am a oneworld member and have qmiles, upon inquiry with the airline as they are apart of oneworld i was told i could not use my miles for an upgrade however can use it to purchase a ticket. so i questioned this as i wasnt made aware of this when i did the booking. The manner and tone in which i was responded to was as if i am illiterate or stupid. This isnt the First time i am traveling abroad let alone on Cathay this is my 5th flight with them. This may not be enough to be awarded with respect but i am still a customer. Low and behold i will never use the airline again.
