Cathay pacific ground staff garbage customer service

Today the 10th of december 2019 at around 8am booth b13 of economy class a customer service guy rudely checked in my sister in law and publicly shaming and shouting my wife in front of other passengers he thought that she was taking pictures or videos of him because of his maltreatment to my sister in law at that time. Im totally ****ed off by this guys attitude and when reported to the supervisor he still acted rudely and trying to turn the whole incident around. People like this should never have a position or power in any line of work. Shame on cathay pacific for telling us that its only passengers complaint that they consider and us the non passengers are not being treated fairly.
