Cathay Pacific - Avoid

No customer service to speak of, no compensation, no feed back and and - need I go on?

Flight cancelled and holed up in a hotel - drinks at my expense. No catering on flight barring a roll and ice cream!

All the staff could roll off was "Sorry Sir, sorry" - Sorry doesn't cut it!

Why advertise a Customer Service division when it clearly doesn't exist?
