Cathay Pacific Airlines – Poor Service from Air Stewardess’s

<p>The service from the air hostess’s Molar and Kelly on Cathay Pacific flight CX748 on 18th October 2016 from Johannesburg to Hong Kong was very poor. I took notice that they rarely smiled throughout the service and really looked as though they didn’t enjoy their jobs. After meals had been served when I couldn’t get to sleep I asked for a drink to help me sleep and they told me that flyers were only allowed one drink per hour! Well, I often fly internationally and I have never been told that or experienced that sort of courtesy. The air hostess’s made me feel like a ******** because I had asked for a drink to help me sleep whilst everyone else was sleeping on the overnight flight. The hostess’s on my Cathay flight from Hong Kong to Bali and then returning back to Hong Kong and then Johannesburg were no problem at all and were happy to assist in any way (even with an extra drink) so I have no idea why Molar and Kelly were so unpleasant. I have also just returned from a recent trip to Thailand in December where I flew Emirates and the service on Emirates is simply outstanding. Maybe Molar and Kelly should take a flight on Emirates to see how it’s done!</p>
