Cathay dont understand their own ticket costs

<p>I am frustrated beyond belief because Cathay Pacific do not understand at all what comprises the costs that are charged a passenger for an airline ticket. I phoned in to Cathay ( ********** ) to ask a simple question: which of the seven costs that comprise the total cost charged for an international air ticket, codes as follows: EV, ZA, UM, WC, HK, G3 & YR are inclusive of VAT at 14% and, which ones are zero rated for VAT purposes? Nobody knew, which I find incredible. Please can someone at Cathay let me know the answer to my question. For actual refernce purposes the ticket numbers in question are ********** 901976 and ********** 901975. I already know that codes ZA, UM and WC are inclusive of 14% VAT but I'm not sure about codes G3 and YR...</p>
