Bad Service! Out and out not cool

In August 2017, my flight was cancelled due to Typhoon from HK - Malé. Alternative flights was not given in time for me to go to airport and check-in. This lead to me having to purchase and additional ticket at my own expense. Its now Dec 2017, and still n o proper communications were given for the cancelled flight. Team members keep saying that thery will get back to me. 4 months? How long does it take guys!!!!
