Very bad service, they broke my bag and they failing to replace it

08 May 2025, 09:20I'm failing to understand, after your people have damaged my bag, when I get to the airport I get send there and there with no direction. Then inform me that you don't have da same size bag. How will I carry my clothes with the damaged suitcase
