Worst Online ordering Service Provider ever

I placed an order online on the 25th of April 2019 - according to their website delivery will be between 7 - 14 days. On Friday the 3rd of May after I had to enquire, I was told that the stock has just been delivered and I would be contacted on Monday by the Courier with a tracking number - on Tuesday I enquired about no tracking number issued yet - no response received. Friday again and still no tracking number or info regarding delivery - I know its only day 15 but your return policy states you need to do returns within 7 days "You must notify us of the return within 7 days of purchasing the goods" how is that possible if I have not received order yet? This is the first online service I have ever used that takes this long for a delivery - RIDICULOUS - WONT EVER PLACE AN ORDER AGAIN
