Terrible Service! Catch of the Day (South Africa)

I ordered 3 items a month and a half ago and only received 1 item. I have emailed them numerous times - they responded to my 1st email with a "wishy-washy" answer saying they are waiting for their suppliers to deliver and it will be delivered within a week. Now 3 weeks later I'm still waiting! Their phone number listed on their website goes straight to voicemail, and no response to my emails. What kind of company ignores their customers?
