Scratched Watch
I purchased a *****ti watch that took two weeks to arrive. When I finally receive the product, it has scratches on its face and its looks like it has been used or its a factory reject.<br> <br> I do not want a refund, I want the watch that I ordered but brand new!!

Why would you take an issue like this to Hello Peter??? The normal customer service process will sort this out for you
2 weeks was the delivery for this watch as per the email that was sent out as they are imported directly from Europe.
I will get customer service to contact you tomorrow and get the problem sorted out.
