Refund

I have been trying to contact Phindi from catch of the day to try an get a refund from them. I bought a snuggle fleece blanket and once I received it and the product was not as per the advert. Phindi got their couriers to collect the product on the 17 April way bill no ********** and since then she haven't been responding to my e mail regarding the refund.
