Poor customer service and pathetic excuses

Ordered discreet adult stuff, and was poorly packaged and delivered to my neighbour with parcel split open so they can see what I ordered. I embarrassingly picked up the parcel. I had to track the parcel down myself and catch of the day was unwilling to do so. On complaining, I got no apology but one excuse after another. Will never shop from them again.
