Pathetic customer service

I ordered something on the 9th of November and had to pay a delivery fee which was not exactly cheap. I then get told that the supplier is out of stock of the colour I ordered and i agree to a different colour. A few days later I get told the supplier has sent the incorrect items to the warehouse. I now need to call them myself as my emails are not been responded to and I have not heard anything after been promised that i would have the stock by last week. First and last time buyer from the site!
