Pathethic service and non delivery of goods

I ordered goods from the provider on the 30 July and received an incorrect delivery. I have sent numerous emails to Phindi and support who seems to be the only point of contact. Not sure why they have a number listed as it stays on voicemail. I have now logged a complaint with the ombudsman. "Your request (5870) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff." was the only correspondence received to date.
