Not worth the alleged saving.

Firstly, the company does not reply to emails timeously and needs to be pressed multiple times before a reply. Delivery was later than promised, and the item was broken on delivery, which upon refusing to accept broken goods, COTD has refused to refund me as i cannot prove the product was broken and even after i personally contacted the delivery company, sent the proof to their ineffective whatsapp line, the refuse to refund me or action my requests.

This review is almost 6 weeks post payment of my goods and the customer service, the manner in which they speak to people on their whatsapp line and apathy all question whether it is in fact real products and prices being marketed.
