non delivered goods and unprofessionalism

<p>The history of our business interaction is marked by profound trust due to on-time delivery or exchange of goods and services. However, my recent purchase which was on the 03/05/2017, order code: b9qr could not result yet into delivery of goods despite the full payment on my end. I have made several calls to your company and I was told the matter would be solved which was last week. I have now not been able to get hold of anyone since Tuesday regarding this matter, as your phones are no longer answered. It's been over 22 days and still nothing has been recieved on my end. There is no explanation as to why my order was not delivered. </p>
