No response

i made an order on the 28th May 2018 and did a follow up email request on the 4th of June 2018 as when i checked on the website my order reference was removed . A lady by the name of Phindi responded advising me that they did not receive my order from the supplier and she will process a refund. I gave her my banking details and she advised she will send me a proof of payment once it has been approved. I did also send a follow up email with no response to date .
