No refund on perfume never received

I ordered 4 perfumes from this company. Only 3 were delivered. I was left a handwritten note in my package that one of the perfumes are out of stock and they will refund me. I have sent numerous emails asking about my refund and have not had a single email back. The perfumes are also not original. The smell does not even last an hour. I have cut my loses with the perfume i received, but I would still like my refund on the perfume i paid for and did not get. I have been requsting my refund since begining of Feb 2023.
