No feedback, shocking service

I have bought several items from catch of the day, but I think the last order I placed was my last. I placed an order for 5 items, all the same, 1 in a different colour. I bought these as gifts for friends and family. But 1 of the items which I gifted and wrapped so nicely for one of my closest friends, there was an item missing, this item happened to be the silver swing lid of the dustbin. I was so shocked to hear this when my friend told me about this late that night. So I called into Catch of The day and spoke to Rachel, she requested that I take a picture of the dustbin and email it through to her. Which I did. She also then informed me that she will send the courier company out to collect it, but will call me back later in the day to confirm, well lets just say that its 4 days later. I have never been so embarresed to get a call from a friend informing me that not all the pieces were there. She thought the gift came from the China Mall.<br> Catch of the day, say farewell to me, cause that was the last order you will ever receive from me. Very dissapointed. Will rather stick to Groupon.
