No delivery, no response?

I ordered an item early in November, and according to their courier company's tracking page it's been stuck at their receiving depot for 10 days. The courier company's e-mail bounces, and their call centre keeps cutting me off. Now I tried to raise this with them, and they're simply not responding. A tweet was also ignored. I suppose I'll just learn my lesson and stop ordering from them.
