Never buy from Catch of the day

HI, I ordered an item for 299 with delivery charge of R 69. As I wanted to save of delivery charges, I bought 2 smaller items for R 38 each, which would then be included in the 69 delivery charges. After waiting weeks for the delivery, I only get the 2 items worth 39 each and not the 299 item. After querying this, I am told that the item is out of stock and I will be refunded. I accepted that, but I then queried what will happen with the delivery charges as I am not prepared to pay 69 delivery fees for 2 items worh 78 only. Not acceptable at all. I have queried this with no luck. Please people, save yourself the trouble and do not buy from these people. They do not provide the service (and apparently the goods as well)
