Money making scheme selling **** products

I purchased a watch in december 2017, gave it as a Christmas gift. The watch wasn’t working by Feb 2018 and there is no way possible to get any assistance, the so called leave a comment section on their website isn’t attended as I have left several messages with no response. It doesn’t even give a reference number. When I took the watch to the manufacturer as I ran out of options, they claimed it was faulty and they couldn’t even verify it’s authenticity, it could be a ****!!!! When I went to the address where I had collected the watch from in northriding Deco Park, the office was empty. What poor service and ******* from customers.
