i will never buy again with them

I have ordered some item from catchoftheday on the 6th November 2019 online the order number is 2466COTD, and paid on the same day. the problem is they promised to deliver that item after 2 days, until now nothing is happenings

Please help me Peter I'm so desperate coz i wanted to use those items i bought with catchof the day
