Horrible client service!

A very disappointed client, sent numerous emails, a WhatsApp and even tried to call regarding my order, but after days of no responses, I am told they still cannot trace my payment made 18 May already, but yet they keep sending me emails with new promotions. I now have multiple orders outstanding for delivery of which payments were made promptly, so needless to say, no further orders from me on their website!
