**** cologne from Catchoftheday (cotd)

I have been a customer of catchoftheday.co.za for a long time. I had no major issues with their service, except for delayed deliveries there and there. Any complaints I had Phindi would respond to.

However a few days ago, I ordered a Gucci cologne which was selling for an amazing price of R699 for a 100mls. As usual it took some time to be delivered. It was finally delivered on 06 August 2020. I excitedly opened the package with anticipation since I know how wonderful Gucci Bloom smells. I sprayed it on my hand and lo and behold!, the cologne did not smell like Gucci Bloom at all. I don't know what I can liken the smell to. It had leaked on the box, the lid would not close and the packaging was also ****, you could see how the packaging label was pasted on the bottle. Whatever the fragrance was, had evaporated within minutes!! The fragrance was a total ****. I know this because I do have Gucci Bloom purchased at Woolworths and it is stronger and long lasting and does not resemble the **** fragrance of the Gucci Bloom I purchased from Catchoftheday. Mind you I have bought two fragrances from them before and they were okay. I really do not know what happened this time. Perhaps they were also conned by their supplier. I have since requested a refund and alerted the company about my dissatisfaction and I'm still waiting for a response and a refund of my money. The **** cologne is in my possession and they can come collect it! Catchoftheday, please fix this mess!!
