Delivery not done

I ordered goods from them via internet on the 5th November 2015 and to be delivered via courier. On the 13 November 2015 I called to enquire when the goods will be delivered. Was in formed that the goods are being packed for delivery. On the 16 November enquired again and was informed the parcel will be delivered the following day Today when I enquired the parcel was not packed yet and when I wanted to speak to the manager he was not at work at 9.10 yet. I wish I had a work to start at what time and leave at 16.00 or when ever. The service received has not been impressive
