delivered damaged goods, now no feedback

I bought a foldable table that was delivered on Tuesday. After opening the box, I saw that the table was badly damaged. I immediately posted a query via the website (as the website states that this is the best way to get a response)<br> No feedback what so ever. Paying over 500 bucks for damaged goods, what a joke!
