Complaint - Appling Service

I placed an order on 17/11/2020 for sunglasses and face masks. Only the face masks were received and not the sunglasses. Spoke to a gentleman by the name of Jack just before Christmas who advised that one of their trucks were hijacked and that another order will be placed. I've since been trying to contact the company using the published contact details however all my efforts were all in vain. I even had to drive to their offices in Northland Park only to be advised that they have relocated with no forwarding address. I sent an email requesting a full refund nand have not received a response from them yet. I would like this resolved as soon as possible as this has been going on for far too long. Order#8985COTD
