Catch of the day took my money, but not delivering the goods

I have sent more than 8 emails. Sent my proof of payment 6 times. Ordered and paid on the 16th of May 2020. I STILL don't have my goods ordered. They don't care to answer my last 4 emails. They have my money and I don't have my products ordered. They just couldn't care. Tired of struggling to get my goods. Seems like they are ******** me. They have followed the same pattern as the usual ********... If they haven't, then why are they not replying and why have I not received my goods?
