CATCH OF THE DAY - ****

I purchased a watch on the 17th of September from Catch of the Day for R2999. The money went off my account on the 20th of September. i tried on numerous occasions to contact them to find out about delivery - however nobody got in contact with me. i then tried to cancel this transaction in conjunction with my bank - however no luck. I finally got a call from a lady called Phindi on the 03/10/2018 to say they don;t have the colour of watch i want and they would send another colour. I then told her i have cancelled this transaction and want my money back which she assured me would happen. I then tried calling her again and she doesn't take my calls or return emails. Please don't buy from this website - extremely poor service. I am out of pocket of R3127 with no product being delivered or refund being made.
