Catch of the day - not catching at all

Placed an order for a shirt on their website. Apart from waiting for my parcel for quite long, I got home and the courier delivered a washing line and bathroom scale. Joke was my name was on the parcel. Sent 3 emails to them - no response. Phoned and spoke to Lelo. Apart from her using terrible blasphemies language on the phone, I was promised a phone call within minutes to sort it out. Needles to say, no return call received. Today I phoned 3 times again, and enquired what will be done about it. Apart from the fact that she still does not have a solution, still have not received my correct parcel. Asked a manager to call me, guess what, no phone call received. Catch of the day, is only catching you as a customer in thinking it is a great deal, only to find out their after service, or rather the non existence of it, was the catch! Please learn from my experience, and don't buy from them. You will be caught by them!!!
