CATCH OF THE DAY ADVERTISE **** PERFUME AS PARALLEL IMPORT

They actually don't even deserve one star! I bought 4 bottles of "Parallel Import" perfume from Catch of the day - thought it would make great Christmas gifts! Upon opening the boxes I immediately saw, "I was the catch of the day"! It is 100% ****!!!!! Not Parallel import as advertised. I immediately send an email to their support team, I've spoken to Zara and Phindi, I have send more emails, I have sent Whatsapps. Today COTD's courier of choice (Churchills) collected the 4 bottles - they will not refund you until they have the goods .... bye bye R2 400,00!!! I have a copy of the "blank" waybill (***) - they don't even show their delivery address. I got the driver (Kader) to also sign a document I compiled. No surprise, COTD's voicemail box is full, phone is switched off and Whatsapps are not delivered.
