Catch of The Day

I waited almost 3 weeks for my order. When I eventually received it one of the dog's beds had a tear and another item which I ordered did not work at all. I sent emails and tried phoning on numerous occasions with calls going directly to voice mail. I have never received a response. I will never buy from Catch of the Day again !!!
