broken promise and lies, lies , lies

I was suppose to have left for work and a family holiday but had to cancel my trip to Durban because of broken promises and lies by Catchoftheday. I desperately needed my new phone,s5 which was ordered last week. I emailed the next day to explain i need the phone for work and asked if it could be sent sooner. I received no answer and left it as it was too soon.<br> Yesterday I was promised the phone would be sent to me in the morning. Rachel and Lelo apologised and confirmed it was sent yesterday. But this was a lie- it was not sent yesterday!There was no delivery so I called and spoke to Lelo, who tells me the courier company had a breakdown!! I explained that i am not a fool-how can one breakdown stop an entire courier company? unless they honestly only have one vehicle?<br> She said she'll call back in 5 minutes-but doesn't-I have to call her again to find out. She says it will be there this afternoon!! I cancel appointments and wait like a fool for my phone to be delivered- again a lie!<br> So due to their lies my life is on hold!.Nothing is going to make this right- i just want to warn others about catch oftheday -they do not keep their promises and lie, lie lie.
