Bad service - No delivery

I placed an order with them the 09 December 2015 and have not received my parcel. When i try to follow up with the courier company no one can helps accept a lady who seems to be always unavailable. I tried calling catch of the day offices but got a voicemail informing me they will be returning on the 05th Jan which is strange since its already the 7th Jan. I am so angry since the package was for xmas. it seems i also learned my lesson will never ever buy anything from them again.
