Bad service and communication

i placed my order on 11 June and followed up several times on email but no response on the status. Service offer maximun 14 days delivery and by now one month is passed. The contact number listed does not exist. They are fond of short delivery in previous orders. It seems nothing is done to improve despite poor reviews. Some guidance on challenging this business will be helpful.
