BAD SERVICE

I have been trying to contact Catch of the Day for 2 weeks to try an get a refund from them. They falsely advertised a product and once I received it and tested it I requested a refund as this product did not work. They got their couriers to collect over 2 weeks ago, but have never refunded the monies to me!! They do not reply to emails or answer their telephones...DISGUSTING SERVICE!
