Bad experience - they do not deliver!

I have purchased some items from Catch of the day, the first time it was delivered, but when I purchased more items on the 30 August 2017 for the second time, they did not deliver the items or give me a tracking number to track the goods.

I have followed up a couple of times, first the lady said that they await the stock from their supplier, then when I phoned again, she said they are busy to move the warehouse.

I am not sure what is happening here, but I do know that they DO NOT DELIVER on service and they do not deliver your goods when you do a second purchase. I have also request my money to be refunded that was on the 9 October, still nothing. They do deliver on empty promises.

Where is my money?
