I have now bought items from Catch of the Day multiple times and have needed to contact customer care for a variety of items and requests over time. I can honestly say that I have had absolutely fantastic service from them consistently not to even mention them going way beyond the normal scope of duty and helping me out more than once! The service level is just fantastic and surpasses anything I have become used to from other suppliers. Even when there is something wrong with a product they will go above and beyond to remedy the situation to your satisfaction.
