The worst phone I ever had.

Firstly, there in no place on the caterpillar website for complaints! I upgraded to the s31 last year and not even 2 months I experienced the phone getting really slow. Even after updates, which is due constantly, getting worse. 6 months in and the phone, after receiving a call, can't answer and keeps on ringing to the extent of switching the phone of to stop ringing. At this point it just goes off and switch on by itself. It is so slow now that I don't even bother going onto the internet anymore. This phone was never dropped, never in water. Rugged YES, the rest is absolute ****.
