Indestructable Phones

Climbing out of my vehicle my hand was bumped and I dropped my CAT phone. It fell a distance of approximately 800 mm and landed on the protected side of the phone. Yet when I picked it up the screen was broken. I went onto the internet and found the contact details for CAT, and sent them a mail regarding this. Quoting from the web page that this phone can be dropped from a distance of 1.8 meters. They also advertise that it is virtually indestructible. The best response that they had was to say that I am to contact the supplier. The website that I got the information from pertaining to the phone being indestructible is [URL Removed] When I again sent them a mail with this I was given the same answer. <br> I am under the impression that if I advertised a product with all the great features as has been done here and then was something like this that happened I would actually follow up on this and to maintain the good name, of both the company and the product, the last thing that I would is pass the buck to others. instead I would do all in my power to make amends. <br> <br> Thank you, <br> <br> Regards<br> <br> Joe
