Cat S30 cellphone

I bought a new S30 on contract with Vodacom - my phone up to date was given in 4 times - acctualy it is now with Vodacom - The Grove - every time they say it was a software problem - now the phone switches it self off and when i speak to some one it goes onto speaker phone by itself - i bought the phone as a rugged strong phone but i am very dissapointet in the Cat S30
