Dissatisfied

Was admitted to the hospital and was in icu for 3 days at the castenhof hospital, straight from the hospital was transferred 2 casternview... They said they checked with my medical aid and all was in order... After 2 weeks I was told that my medical aid ddnt approve my stay and the was no reference... After 2 full weeks..the fact that I was diagnosed with stress and depression was hoping the hospital would help but instead it made me more sick.. Sent emails trying to find out what went wrong but till today no response it's been a year.. Have received calls saying I owe over R20000 in hospital bill excluding doctors bills.. I'm highly disappointed in the management there and the people who processed my admission... I'm more stressed than ever and wish I ddnt go there for help
