Incorrect Information given to the customer

I visited Castelo in Sandton Square on Saturday, 7 Feb 2015, to look for shoes for my wedding. I tried on a few pairs of shoes and they didn't have my size in any of them, the last pair I tried on, there was apparently one pair left in my size which was in Bedford Centre. I was very excited because I really liked the shoe and the sales person, Tumi, said she would call Bedford and order it for me. She called whilst I was there looking at other shoes and when she got off the phone, she said they would arrive in 2-3 working days, I asked her if she was sure that they were ordered and she assured me they would be there. I called today to follow up and I was left very annoyed and utterly disappointed after hearing from her colleague that the shoes were in fact kept aside for another client at Bedford and were SOLD!!! This is shocking customer service on her part and I am very upset that she **** to me and told me that they had been ordered when in fact they were actually kept aside for another customer!! Bad customer service and even worse work ethic!!
